Hello Yard Salers! We are offering 20x20 Rental Spots located inside a gated facility with an antique store on site! located in Gadsden off very busy Hwy 431 and just a very short distance from Noccalula Falls. We are beside a McDonalds and Dollar General, both are in walking distance with plenty of parking and restroom facilities. Upgrades like access to power, canopy and fans available for a minimal additional cost.
There will be shady spots, level spots, paved and/or grassy areas also.
Rental fee is $25.00 per day for one 20x20 yard sale area.
We are seeking vendors selling antique and Vintage items only and welcome all food vendors!
