$25 Each Day upon arrival or $100 for the week due when you SETUP .

Spaces are empty 20 x 20 You must provide anything you need.
No Power or Water | Trash must be taken with you each day.

Spots are filled when you arrive due to space requirements (Some vendors reserve Rows w/space for their supply truck to sit as well. ) Front by the road- doesnt exist, picture more of a place you park and walk around like trade day less like garage sales. There is a parking lot and three lots of vendors with food etc.


Please plan to be in your space by Thursday morning. Traffic makes getting to you very difficult once shoppers start parking.

Directions Google maps isn't always accurate, continue past the lake on your right and the space will be on your left before you get to Regal Row Brick house at the back of the driveway, will have for rent signs in yard.
