Annual 127 Yard Sale Food Pantry Fundraiser

Paulding – After a blockbuster 2023, where $5,000 was raised by the community for the Caring & Sharing Food Pantry building project, the First Presbyterian Church of Paulding (look for the yellow bricks) will be offering booth spaces in its parking lot for rental during the 127 Yard Sale once again. Spaces are available from Wednesday, July 31, through Saturday, August 3, with setup beginning at 4pm on Tuesday, July 30. Rental spaces for the entire event will once again cost just $25 (20'x20') or $35 (20'x30'). This heavily trafficked site, positioned on the corner of US 127 and West Caroline Street, about half a block north of Fiesta Habaneros and downtown Paulding, offers high visibility and repeat year-after-year customers. Restrooms, air conditioning, ice cream treats, home baked goods and soda will be available for customers inside the church, as well as even more bargain shopping.

Profits from the 127 Yard Sale will again go to support the recently constructed Caring & Sharing Food Pantry, located at 318 Walnut Street in Paulding. This new building hosts additional outreach services for food insecure members of the community. Renters may also stop in to the church (114 West Caroline Street) during office hours to pick up a rental agreement and reserve a space.
